What payment methods are accepted?

Can I submit a request for a GO or Split?
I’m currently not accepting requests. I do accept Individual Orders though!
How can I check the status of an order?
For order status, please check the Order Status section in the masterlist. Orders that are in progress can be found in the Ongoing page. Once an order is completed, it’s moved to the Completed page. If you can’t find an order in the Ongoing page, please check whether it’s been moved to the Completed page.
Can you tell me the status of my order?

What is a purchase bonus?
A purchase bonus (also known as tokuten) is a free gift you can receive when your order meets certain requirements! Bonuses are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and while stocks last.
Is xxx purchase bonus included in my order?
Generally, a purchase bonus will be included if your order meets the requirements. However, because bonuses are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and while stocks last, they are not always guaranteed. Please note that I won’t be able to confirm if a bonus is included until the order arrives.

Group Orders & Personal Orders
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
You’ll receive a confirmation email containing a copy of your order within 3 days (excluding weekends) after I receive your 1st payment. If you don’t receive anything by then, please contact me ASAP.
If you placed an order before December 08, 2021, you most likely did not receive a confirmation email as I used the Payment Confirmation Sheet back then, so please fill out this form to request one.
What happens if you’re unable to purchase my item(s)?
You’ll be refunded for any item in your order that I’m unable to purchase. This process can take up to months to complete depending on the order. The refund amount will be applied towards the 2nd payment first and the remaining amount will be refunded to you. (if applicable)
How can I contact you about my order?
For inquiries about your order, please contact me by replying to the order confirmation email.

How do I update my contact information?
If you need to update your contact information, please submit a request by replying to your order confirmation email.
How do I update my shipping information?
You’ll be given the opportunity to update your shipping address when I contact you for the 2nd payment, so please wait until then.
When will you ship my order?
Please note that I am NOT a shop and that I do not make or have any of the goods at hand. I will contact you for the 2nd payment once your order has arrived and is ready to be shipped to you. You can find the order’s scheduled release date & ETA in the Ongoing Page.
Can you combine my orders?
Goods/Orders shipped in the same batch can be shipped together! Under normal circumstances, orders that arrive together are automatically combined, but please note that exceptions may occur. Please note that some goods may not be combined due to size/weight restrictions, etc.
What shipping options are available?
I ship all orders via USPS.
Can I add insurance to my package?
Absolutely! Please let me know when I contact you for the 2nd payment.
What is a backorder?
Backorder items are items that are currently out of stock, but that are usually restocked by the seller within a certain period of time. You can still place an order for these items, however, please note that backorder items can take months to process, and there’s a possibility that I may not be able to secure them. I’ll contact you if I’m unable to secure your item and you’ll be refunded for any item in your order that I’m unable to secure.
What is a tentative pre-order?
Tentative Pre-orders are items (such as Re-Runs) that are produced in limited quantities and whose availability is still uncertain. You can still place an order for these items, however, please note that it can take months to confirm availability, and there’s a possibility that I may not be able to secure them. I’ll contact you if I’m unable to secure your item and you’ll be refunded for any item in your order that I’m unable to secure.
What happens if my package is returned to you?
If the delivery failed and your package is returned to me, I will let you know as soon as the package arrives. Unfortunately, returned packages cannot be refunded.
If the return is the result of my error, I will reship the package free of charge. Otherwise, you, the buyer, will have to pay for shipping again.
[Buyers Outside the USA] Can you mark my package as a Gift?
Unfortunately, I can’t mark packages as “Gift”.
[Buyers Outside the USA] How much customs tax must I pay?
Item prices and shipping prices do not include custom tax or duty. As the buyer, you are fully responsible for any custom tax or duty imposed by your country.
