What payment methods are accepted?

Paypal, Ko-Fi, Venmo, & Google Pay

Do you accept requests for personal orders?

Yes! Please use the Personal Order Form

Can I submit a request for a GO or Split?

Yes! Please use the Request Form

Can you tell me the status of xxx order?

Please use the Masterlist for updates & order status. Please refrain from asking me questions like “Do you know when xxx will ship?”, “Has xxx arrived?”, etc.

Can you provide proof of successful transactions?

Absolutely! Please message me for more info. (A page for proofs is under construction)

How often is the masterlist updated?

The masterlist is updated every week.

What happened to the old masterlist?

As of 2021, the private masterlist has been merged with the public masterlist.


SPLITS

How much do I need to pay?

Amount You Pay = Total ÷ Total # of Participants

※Unless stated otherwise, as the host I pay more, while the rest of the amount is split equally between participants.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Yes! You should receive your payment confirmation within 72 hrs after you send payment. Contact me if more than 72 hrs have passed.

I no longer want to participate, can I cancel my registration?

You can cancel any time before the registration deadline.

※Note: Refunds are not possible once payment is received.

Can you confirm xxx tokuten is included in the order?

Generally, tokuten are included 100% of the time. However, I won’t be able to confirm until the order arrives.

※Note: Tokutens may run out of stock and are not guaranteed.

What is a tokuten?

A tokuten is a bonus gift given by manufacturers or stores with the purchase of a product.

Types of tokuten:

  • 〇〇〇リジナル特典 // xxxx Original Bonus (Store-Exclusive Bonus): It’s a bonus gift offered by stores. Each store will usually offer a different one.
  • 連動購入特典 or 全巻購入特典 // Whole Volume Purchase Bonus: It’s a bonus gift given with the purchase of all volumes of a series. The volumes can be purchased together or separately, but they must be purchased from the same store. If purchased separately, the bonus gift will be shipped with the last volume.
  • 同時購入特典 // Same Order Purchase Bonus: It’s a bonus gift given with the purchase of all volumes of a series in the same order and from the same store.

When will the order arrive?

  • Shops usually ship pre-orders by the release date and in-stocks within a week of placing an order. The order will first be shipped to my JPN address and then forwarded to my home address in the USA. The ETA is between 5-9 days from JPN to the USA.

※Please note that the shipping time frame is beyond my control and there are several factors to keep into consideration such as release dates, availability of items, holiday delays, etc.

When will I receive the order?

Estimated completion is between 1-2 weeks after the order arrives.

Can I still participate in completed splits?

Yes, you may still be able to participate if there are any slots available.

GROUP ORDERS

How are prices calculated?

Prices include base price + any additional fees, if any, such as sales tax, proxy, bank international transaction fee, CHN/JPN domestic shipping, etc.


Can I still order past goods?

Yes! Please use the Personal Order Form

Please note that availability is not guaranteed once the pre-order period has passed, so it is highly recommended that you order within the pre-order period if you can.

Will I receive a payment confirmation?

You can find your payment confirmation in the Payment Confirmation page.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping = Shipping from China/Japan/etc. to Me (split between all buyers) + Shipping to You

  1. Shipping from China/Japan/etc is what it costs for your order to be shipped to me. The total cost is split between all buyers.
  2. Shipping to You is what it costs for me to ship your order to you. It will vary depending on the weight of your package & your location. (Shipping within the US begins at $5 USD while shipping to all other countries begin at $12 USD)

Please note that I am unable to provide a quote for shipping until your order arrives‼

What shipping options are available?

I ship all orders via USPS.

Can you combine my orders/hold my packages until all of my orders arrive?

Yes, please let me know if you’d like to combine your orders. I can keep your package(s) for up to 21 days to combine them with other orders! After the 21 days are up, your package will have to be shipped or I can still keep your packages for an additional 30 days for a daily fee of $1 USD. After the 30 extra days are over, you will need to ship the package. Please note that it is your responsibility to keep track of deadlines.

Combined shipment is only possible for the types of goods listed below:

  1. In-stock + In-stock
  2. Pre-order goods scheduled to be released on the same month
  3. In-stock + Pre-order goods scheduled to be released on the same month

※Please note that some goods may not be combined even if they meet the above guidelines due to size/weight restrictions, etc.

What happens if I miss the payment deadline?

If you miss the first payment, I will be unable to secure your order. Please don’t submit an order form unless you’re 100% sure that you want to buy. It takes time to organize these orders, so please don’t make me waste my time.

If you miss the second payment, you will be given 21 days before you’re marked as a MIA. Once the 21 days are over, there will be a $1.00 USD storage fee per day and after 30 days of charged storage, your goods will go up for reclaim with no refund. Please note that it is your responsibility to keep track of deadlines.

PS. I am willing to work with you if you need a payment extension, but please talk with me. Don’t go MIA ☹

When will you ship my order?

Please keep in mind that I do not make or have any of the goods at hand. Pre-orders are usually shipped to me by the release date and in-stock goods are usually shipped within a week. Orders will be shipped to either my Japanese or Chinese address first and then forwarded to my home address in the USA.

Please note the shipping time frame from seller → JPN/CHN address → me is beyond my control. There are also several factors to keep into consideration such as release dates, availability of items, holiday delays, etc.

I will contact you once your order is ready to be shipped to collect Payment#2 and will ship your order ASAP once I receive payment.

Can you mark my package as a Gift?

Unfortunately, I can’t mark packages as “Gift”.

How much customs tax must I pay?

Item prices and shipping prices do not include custom tax or duty.

As the buyer, you are fully responsible for any custom tax or duty imposed by your country.

What happens if my package is returned to you?

Please make sure that you provide the correct shipping address information and that the goods can be shipped to you before ordering. If your package is returned to me, you will have to pay for shipping again unless it was my mistake.
