I’m happy to see that two R18 Otome Games from my Top 10 Titles made it!

R18 Otome: Yoshiwara Higanbana & Jooubachi no Oubou

Woohooo!!! I really hope we get either one or both of them! These two are my top picks!

I’m actually surprised to see Jooubachi there, but hey I won’t complain because that’s my type of game and I really want to play, so thank you for voting for it! lol

Otome: Ken ga Kimi & Dialovers

Not really familiar with Ken ga Kimi, but it looks nice. Although I would much rather play R18 Otome, so I can’t say I would look fwd to it.

I love Dialovers, but I didn’t vote for it because I don’t have high hopes for this one. It went down though: Time to step down and give the opportunity to other otome titles to make it to the list or did Rejet finally give in and it will finally get its chance?

Also, they’re both Rejet titles…so another reason why I don’t have high hopes for them.

(Of course, I would be more than happy if we were able to get all of them.)

BL: DMMD

I’m sad to see that the BL game Omega Vampire from my list didn’t make it! I love DMMD but if I had to choose: I would pick the Omegaverse BL game all the way.

Other: I actually watched the OP and read some of the synopsis for some of the games that made it to the list and while I don’t know much about them, these are the ones that caught my attention:

Daiteitoku, Bunny Black Series, Amayui Castle Meister, Soukou Akki Muramasa, Mahotsukai no Yoru, Aiyoku no Eustia

Otome/BL isn’t just limited to women, but it’s a little disappointing to see that female responses went from 30% to 25% compared to last year. I always see comments about us women not getting enough games or attention, that we have “money ready to throw at companies who give us otome”, yet we were given the opportunity to let our voices be heard and the votes decreased instead of increasing? Interesting. Although, of course there may be a lot of factors as to why this happened.

Two guesses from other people that caught my attention were Luckydog1 & Sakura no Mori † Dreamers. These are two games I can get behind.
